So let me first say, this candle is beyond gorgeous, I mean breathe taking sexy. The packaging was nothing short of amazing. I was just as excited about the packaging as the candle itself. I mean the detail and the time taken to wrap my candle was greatly appropriated. I didn’t even want to unwrap it honestly. I called customer service prior to placing my order because I had a question and to my surprise Raffi answered. He was so nice and personable. We chatted for a while and had a few laughs. It definitely was a pleasure speaking with him. At the level that Thompson Ferrier is, you wouldn’t be expecting this man to be answering the phone and handling issues himself. I was so impressed by this that it made me feel so good to spend my money with him. I am so honored to have the gorgeous Buddha displayed in my home. Sorry, I totally forgot to mention the smell. The smell of this candle can’t even be put into words..it’s so sexy and unique…just know that you won’t be disappointed by any means.
