To calculate the amount of needed product, please make sure to measure the total linear feet of baseboard and include an extra 10-20% waste. We are not responsible for discrepancies caused by inaccurate measurements on the buyer's behalf. Any damaged product or discrepancies found in your order must be reported within 3 business days from the receiving date. Pictures of all damaged product is required in order to obtain credit. Returns (NO EXCEPTIONS): Customer will assume all freight charges on returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You have 10 calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received it. We do not accept any returns after 10 days from received date. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be in the original packaging. If package appears to be damaged upon delivery take a photo of the package (before opening) and submit it to us right away for evaluation. REFUNDS: Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and confirm receipt of the returned items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
