When I was hanging this axe I noticed the handle was bowed slightly. I didn't notice the bow initially, it may have been, but I didn't notice. I did go ahead and hung the axe with this handle. The other handles that I have ordered from you have been flawless.

Took a little time reshaping for vintage eyes. Handles are of the highest quality I have seen, grain runs vertical with the bits perfectly. Much prefer raw wood than a crappy production finish.

The handle was great. I got a good fit on it. The grain orientation was awesome very minimal run out. The only reason I’m not giving a five star review is the shoulder grinds were almost a whole inch uneven. I managed to even them out and got a good hang on the handle. More attention to detail. But still an awesome product and a great company. Still a very satisfied customer.

I was super happy as soon as I pulled the handles out of the box! I really believe that you'd be challenged greatly to find a nice "B" or #2 grade handle on the market today and for the price, these are amazing!!

Best double bit handle I've seen. Straight up grain orientation and strong head grain. Canary wedge worked perfectly.

I've gotten a couple of these handles now because I enjoy the shorter length for my felling double bits, and whiskey river has always been so good to me with the quality and shipping. I highly recommend!!!
