I am not one to write reviews but I had to for this tile. I submitted one already about the tile itself but I’d like to say how great the customer service was. I requested a return of my leftover tile and there wasn’t a single problem. They handled it quickly and so easily. They would return emails within 24 hours. It is so great to have a company I can rave about. My tile is gorgeous and I was happy they were willing to take returns

I love this tile, it is just what I was looking for. Tilezz was great, it shipped fast and not one piece was broken. Other than the shipping which I knew would be high with the weight of the tile I am very please with it.

Ordered sample and expected 2 pieces as stated in their sample policy. Contacted company to no avail. They seemed confused by their own wording of the 3X6 sample. The one piece received was beautiful, BUT their website clearly states that they send 2 pcs of 3x6. IDK.

Really love this stuff and it was a hard decision choosing between this and doing colored tile on the wall. Ultimately, we're going to do the color, but we might do it in another bathroom remodel one day. So I am really impressed with the tile... however, the description of the sample order indicates that you will get 2-3 pieces for 3x6 tiles. I ordered 4 samples of tile, two of which were 3x6 (one beveled, one not) and I was really hoping that I would receive 2-3 pieces of each 3x6 subway tile sample so I could put them against each other to figure out the "look," especially for the beveled tile. I could not do that. I am still stuck looking at images of beveled tile online to get an idea of what it will look like when there is more than one... and I am not buying more samples to try to achieve this, especially when it was advertised that 2-3 tiles of 3x6 are included in a sample order.
