I was not sure what the tile would look like upon delivery and if it would be all cracked from the long shipment, but it came in a wood pallet and all was in good shape. Once installed, it looked awesome and impressive. We ordered calcutta gold and it was exactly as the samples we received previously looked. We also ordered the switchplates and they were in good condition also and fit the outlets as they should have.

Not great a the moment. Called for a missing Calacatta gold pencil we didn’t receive and still waiting. Almost two weeks now.... the entire job is done with the exception of our missing pencil.. not real happy. The initial order only took a few days.. hopefully this is on its way. Other than this snag the tile is absolutely beautiful...

I love these tiles! They are great quality over all are stunning as a backsplash. I was leery of ordering sight unseen thousands of dollars worth of tile, so I ordered samples first and from a few different companies. Tilezz was the only one to send a full tile as a sample, which was very much appreciated when I was trying to decide on the size and shape of tile I wanted. They were packaged very well and we didn't have a single piece broke or even chipped, which is amazing in of itself! With that being said, shipping was very expensive. One other unfortunate thing is that they don't take returns of partial orders. We way over ordered because I didn't want to risk running out and I had no idea how many would break in shipping. Now I have several boxes of unused tile that normally I would return. Not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind when planning your project. These tiles have beautiful veining and plenty of the gold warmth I was looking for! I would order from Tilezz again and have recommended them to a few friends building houses.

I bought the sample so I could see the different characteristics and color of the stone. Both tiles were almost devoid of any character or color. I won't be buying it. It was just too hard to tell what we would actually be getting.

This backsplash is exactly what I wanted! With it being a natural stone, I was worried the colors would come out a lot more yellow and gold than I would like, but I felt comfortable about ordering from here since it had a 30 day money back guarantee. The tile arrived on time and each boxed contanined beautiful tile! It had a bright white base color with gray veining and some gold; exactly what I was wanting! Very happy with this product. My only recommendation is to order full boxes rather than ordering a sq. footage amount that wasn’t complete. A few pieces came broken during transit since it had more space to move around the box. I ordered 45 sq. ft. And should have ordered 46 sq. ft.

I have been looking for the perfect calacutta marble tile for our kitchen backsplash and have been ordering sample left and right. I was really happy with the quality and look of the 3x6 tile from Tilezz by a mile! They look like a much higher quality and were more on the white and gold side vs white and grey.

I requested and received beautiful samples of the Calacatta Gold polished subway tile. It has the slight grey AND gold veining with a beautiful creamy white background - the way Calacatta Gold is supposed to be. I look forward to having a full height kitchen backsplash of these tiles.
