This nail grinder is fabulous. It is quiet and strong enough to take small amounts of the nail down in several visits to the nail base. There is a guard for you to rest the mail on while grinding and the best part is the light! Good job at making a piece of equipment that is easy to use and very effective.

My dog is super nervous when it comes to her feet and nails. She doesnt like the hair to be trimmed or nails clipped. Its seriously so sad and it takes so long to get the job done with standard clippers and it creates more stress on her and me. When I found this I bought it on a hope and a prayer and let me tell you, I used it as soon as it was delivered and it was like night and day. She we still a bit nervous with the front paws but I kept some treats on hand and stopped to give her a break but there was no biting and no crying or trying to pull away. It was super quiet and very little vibration which is amazing So happy with this purchase I could cry.

This is the best nail trimmer Ive used and Ive used several different kinds and brands like dremel. And Manual trimmers which I dont like because my dog has black nails and it hard to see the quick so I like grinder types best. And this one is awesome!!

Both of my dogs hate having their paws touched and have never been ok with me trimming them in any way. They will both sit and let me use this on their nails. I have to watch out for filing too long, because it gets hot on their nails. They now only pull away if I file for too long on a nail.

Been paying the Vet 12.00 per month to clip my 3 1/2 pound chihuahua because I was afraid of breaking her little stick legs. I slowly interdused thus to her with real bacon as a treat. It's now been 10 months this is now saving me money. GREAT PRODUCT

I really like this product other than one major annoyance, even after fully charging it, it doesn't turn on every time. Or, if it does turn on, once I'm using it on my dog, after a few seconds, it will suddenly stop working. I have to plug it back in, turn turn it on while plugged in, turn it off, unplug it, and then I can usually have success using it again. If it would only work all the time it would be GREAT and 5 stars!

Of course I am wrestling my dog to use this product and it comes through for me. Its quiet and I can use it with one hand while I am restraining the dog with the other hand. I have a small dog so the adapter is important and it works. Also the mild motor is not powerful enough to burn the toes and is right sized for home use.

My little dog has cat nails. At least once a week either me or my husband is bleeding from an inadvertent scratch. She's terrified of anything that makes a lot of noise, this doesn't, amazingly quiet. For the first time me and my husband don't have to be worried about being lacerated when she happy to see us. This thing really works, even a total chicken like my dog wasn't afraid of it. Really wonderful product. So glad I found it.

It took quite a while and a lot of treats to get my dog to tolerate having her nails ground, but I kept working at it because she is a show dog and needs to have beautifully groomed feet. This brand of grinder is quieter than most and has a helpful little light. It's a simple matter to switch out the head, which you will have to do every few months. Be aware that if you maintain your dog's nails with any brand of grinder, you have to do it often as it only sands a bit off each time.

I don't have a problem clipping my dogs nails but when you clip it can leave the nail rough. This grinds the mail down smooth and is quite enough to ease my dog's anxiety when it comes to loud noises. Love it.
