I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE buying these K2+D3 soft gels in a small quantity!! I should have gotten the larger portions.. these gels are fantastic, most of us are vitamin D3 deficient. They’re very easy to swallow because they’re so tiny. I am glad I got the 10k iu I only need one per day
