I've received many compliments on the lanterns. I had no electricity on my porch and put remote controlled paper lantern lights in them that can be dimmed and it has worked out perfectly. These lanterns are beautiful. They had not fully descended into their round shape at the time this photo was taken as I had just put them up. Beautiful subtle rice paper pattern. Softens the light source to create a beautiful atmosphere.

The lanterns came as expected and look great! I prefer the narrow ribbed look over the wider ribs and they didn’t disappoint. I purchased the 12” beige color and although it isn’t truly beige in my opinion, it is just slightly off-white in color and looks a tad warmer. No rips, although you do have to be careful when you expand them.
