Product came as described and in a timely manner. I have other fantik products and haven’t had any trouble. The only complaint I have is shipping the bubble rap was gone and the package looked like it was opened and left in the rain the only reason it’s still good is the plastic wrap.

Packaging nice and like the hard case that holds everything neat and tidy. Charged it up in minutes. Worked great for small projects,crafts and (3d prints my use) I ordered the gray color over the orange as it looked better. I noticed the box offered more color options and would've actually liked to have gotten a blue one to match my work station accessories. I'm weird like that haha.
