This product seems to have given me more energy. It seems to be a good dietary supplement. But, it is hard to say so early on. For example, after a foot injury I thought that I was developing peripheral neuropathy, but my PCP prescribed large doses of vitamin B12 and D3, and that eventually helped with that problem.
