This helped me a lot! It doesn’t completely eliminate snoring because there are many reasons people snore (fatigue, weight, deviated septum, etc.), but it definitely helps reduce the noise. It’s a great temporary solution while you wait to see a doctor or sleep specialist.

Really good but the bad thing about it it didn’t stick to your nose that well but otherwise helped my stuffy nose get unstuffy in 3 second of using,Recommend if you got a stuffy nose
