Got it and installed it as soon as I opened the box. Took 30 seconds. I like in the up position. It makes it easy to rinse big items.

Functionality: Works as intended Durability: Quite durable, hoses are braided, body is metal with a brass core. Material Quality: It’s not Moen or Delta but it’s good. Ease of Installation: The fittings are 3/8, you likely have 1/2 coming out of the wall so you will need a union or coupling to use it. Also the weight for the pull down needs to be a little bit heavier it does not full retract the hose on its own.

Doesn't fit. Hey the box says contact you if it doesn't fit what should.I do now. My sinks faucet is much smaller and the nozzle needs to thred inside.
