Set up was very easy. I love it so far but I didn’t like that it still somewhat shifts side to side even if it’s locked so that it won’t rock, my baby is still small and isn’t able to roll over but for older babies it could be a bit of a hazard if they roll over when the flap is open. Great size and relatively easy to put together. Had the size and color option that was unavailable on Amazon and still came just as quick. My 18 month old has transitioned wonderfully into it. Best purchase of 2025 so far
