Worked as expected but I was really gross out the next morning looking at the patches as I pulled it off. I'm not sure how I suppose to feel afterwards. I'm going to try them again to see is there some noticeable differences.

So far, this has proven to work really well and helps me get better sleep. I really like it and price a positive difference. It didn’t pull as much from my feet as some pictures depicted, but I am sure it works differently for everyone. I left it on for just over 8 hours and it still got a lot out.
