This thing came in super fast. I think I ordered it two days ago and it’s already here. My mom is 79 and I did not realize her leaf blower had actually broken and I got this for her for Mother’s Day. She loves it. She’s already had it out playing with it, Lord she’s gonna be blowing leaves all day This was my review for the first time that I used it then it said it needed to be charged so I charged. It said it was green and ready to use. Still not usable still not working still no refund and still no one reaching out to fix the issue this reflects not very good customer service on your end. I do a lot of ordering from TikTok, but if this is not handled in a mindful situation. I will no longer order from TikTok. I will order from nobody on TikTok. There’s no reason that this cannot be refunded or send me a box to send it back and then send me a new one. I really liked it, but I will not buy another one until you handle this situation and it reflects poor business ship on your side poor customer service and poor protecting the same people that order from this app in good faith faith that you will step behind your product faith that you will fix issues when it happens, but nevertheless, my review is not the same anymore
