When I first received my package and opened it, it was dirty and did look like it had been used so I thought it might of had a hole in it I ended up blowing it up with my mouth after giving it a good wash and wipe down (it does have a manual pump but it doesn’t really work) I put my son in it to try it out and he seemed to love it and it seemed safe enough but just like any of kind of seat for a baby I don’t recommend leaving the baby in it alone.If they like throwing themselves back then it will more then likely fall the more I look at it and feel it, it’s definitely a pool floaty.

Safety: I love it my son is so the baby that wants to lean forward and when he does the chair stops him from falling out Ease of Assembly: Easy to assemble I did have to use my own pump to blow it up but it’s nice Size & Dimensions: It hold my son and he is 4 months 18 pounds! 10/10 I recommend!!!!!!
